Job Title: Occupational Therapist

Ward: Intermediate Care Therapy
Pay Rates: 拢19.38 Per hour
Shift Patterns: 37.5 hours per week - core hours

You鈥檒l work with people with physical, mental health or social disabilities to help them do everyday activities. You鈥檒l spend time with individuals to find out what they do in there day to day life and help them find ways to overcome challenges
What you can add:
路 Conduct specialist occupational therapy assessments, establishing diagnoses and developing tailored treatment plans for patients.
路 Independently manage a caseload of patients, including those with complex needs, with access to senior-level advice and support as needed.
路 Actively contribute to multi-disciplinary team discussions and collaborative care planning.
路 Maintain high-quality documentation in line with Trust and departmental policies.
What you鈥檒l need:
路 Diploma / Degree in Physiotherapy / Occupational therapy.
路 HCPC Registration
路 UK NHS Experience
路 Post registration experience in rehabilitation and condition management.
