We are seeking a dedicated Accounts Assistant / Semi-Senior (on a full or part-time basis) with at least 3 years' practice experience to join our client, a small and friendly accountancy practice, based in their brand new offices in Hockliffe, near Leighton Buzzard.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Preparation of year-end accounts and corporation tax returns
  • Preparation of self-assessment tax returns
  • Bookkeeping services and payroll
  • Preparation and timely submission of VAT returns
  • Supporting in the preparation of management accounts
  • Ad hoc accounts administration, including answering client calls.
