Sonic Summary

Our client, based in Leighton Buzzard, Bedfordshire, is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to join their growing team on a permanent basis.
The ideal candidate should be AAT qualified or studying towards their Level 3 AAT qualification, with experience in managing purchase ledger functions.
This position offers a competitive salary of £25,000 to £30,000, depending on experience.
The successful applicant will have good communication skills, a professional telephone manner, and knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, with Sage 50 Accounts experience preferred.

Based in Leighton Buzzard, Bedfordshire our client is a leader in their field looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join their growing team on permanent basis.

This job would suit someone AAT qualified or studying towards their Level 3 AAT qualification, to manage and deal with all purchase ledger function including producing accurate and timely Purchase Ledger reports to the business.

The successful individual will be comfortable in dealing with figures and numbers with good communication skills and a professional telephone manner. This person must have some knowledge of Microsoft packages, in particular Word and Excel. Sage 50 Accounts experience is preferred.

Job responsibilities:

Inputting all invoices
Raising PO's
Dealing with supplier queries
Supplier statement Reconciliation
Petty Cash Reconciliation
Ad-hoc Payments to Suppliers
Other ad-hoc duties as directed by your line manager.
