Job SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a solid understanding of software solutions, particularly Salesforce.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, research, and outreach.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas for growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions that meet client needs.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in Salesforce.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in a software-related field.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute plans effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision making.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not essential.

Salary:

  • £35000 basic
  • OTE up to £42k

Hours:

  • Monday to Friday
  • 35 hours per week
