How you will achieve success in this role:

  • Managing your own sales pipeline, in other words: prospecting via cold calls/emails/platforms, leading meetings & negotiations and deal closing with executive level vendor contacts
  • Building and promoting strong customer relationships by partnering with key stakeholders and understanding their needs and requirements
  • Be a hunter, driven to win and close deals every day, who understands how to build and manage their own pipeline of opportunities.
  • Consistent record of achievement in goals and being data and revenue driven
  • Drive dialogue and negotiations with executive level vendor contacts to set favorable business conditions for Spreetail.

What experiences will help you in this role:

  • 3+ years business development experience.
  • 3+ years end-to-end sales experience to drive a sale across the sales pipeline from research & proposal to creating a PO..
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, motivated by success and enjoys working in a high pace environment.
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Able to succeed in a Hybrid working model: remote and office attendance in Leighton Buzzard 2/3 days per week
