Our client is looking for an experiencedGxP Training Manager to join their team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive GxP training strategy to ensure compliance, efficiency, and effectiveness within a regulated pharmaceutical environment. This pivotal role involves designing and delivering innovative training programs, managing training lifecycles, and providing guidance to leadership and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and deliver high-quality, timely content to address gaps and enhance compliance.
  • Oversee new employee, general, role-specific, on-the-job (OJT), and refresher training programs.
  • Review and update existing training materials to improve effectiveness using the latest technologies and formats.
  • Train staff to deliver content effectively.
  • Review and approve training SOPs and presentations to ensure alignment with compliance requirements.
  • Provide guidance to leadership on recommended training programs and initiatives.
  • Manage projects to implement business objectives that drive quality and compliance.
  • Act as the subject matter expert on LMS, ensuring effective use and compliance.
  • Collect and evaluate metrics to assess and improve training solution effectiveness.
  • Coordinate with GxP business lines globally to ensure consistency and quality in training programs.

Key Skills:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in GxP Training role or similar.
  • Proven leadership experience managing training teams.
  • Extensive knowledge of GxP regulations and guidelines, including GMP and GDP, as applied within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Understanding of clinical trial supply processes, cold chain logistics, and storage/distribution practices.
  • Expertise in adult learning methodologies, instructional design, and curriculum development.
  • Familiarity with industry trends (e.g., compliance, technology, human performance programs).
  • Hands-on experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).Strong verbal and written communication skills, including technical writing and documentation.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills, adaptability, and attention to detail.
