OverviewWe are recruiting for a Finance Assistant / Data Analyst to join our internal finance team playing a key role in carrying out all aspects of a busy accounts office and daily / monthly reporting as required.
Responsibilities
- Product group sales analysis.
- Web sales analysis.
- Marketing campaign analysis.
- Logging into our accounts system to keep an eye on any account irregularities.
- Monthly and weekly reports for sales team targets.
- Any ad hoc reporting that maybe required.
- Credit control.
- Posting receipts.
- Booking in weekly shipment
- Completing packing list for our stores department.
Qualifications
- Finance and accounting occupation 1-2 years (preferred)
- Proficient in Excel to an intermediate level.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills - both oral and written, with high proficiency in English
- Self-motivation, enthusiasm, good organisational skills and an ability to work in a team environment.
Hours:
- Monday to Friday
- Flexible hours to be discussed
Pay: £27,000.00-£35,000.00 per year (DOE)
