Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for all HR-related matters
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
- Handle employee relations, including absence, grievances, and disciplinary cases
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and employment law
- Provide HR advice, coaching, and support to managers
- Maintain and improve HR systems and processes
- Lead projects and drive continuous improvement in engagement and welfare
What We’re Looking For:
- CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent experience
- Strong background in HR generalist roles within a fast-paced environment
- Experience in employee relations, TUPE, and restructuring
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and strategically
