- Develop great relationships with panel firms by :
- acting as key contact point for queries
- maintaining strong communication with firms

- Visit the panel surveying firms across the UK in accordance with client requirements to:
- regularly review and discuss performance KPIs with panel firms to measure actual results against expectations (face to face or audio at least every 12 months)
- engage with panel firms immediately where there is a urgent performance issue identified
- Co-ordinate specific training requirements with Audit for delivery to panel to improve knowledge and service
- create and manage action plans, where necessary to improve any shortfall in performance
- review working practices in line with RICS, client and Company guidelines and align/improve where necessary
- Prepare monthly panel performance communications for distribution to firms
- review governance around company policies relating to:
- Information Security
- Data Management / Protection
- Records Management
- Health & Safety
- Anti-Bribery & Corruption & Money Laundering
- Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery
- Physical Security
- Pre-Employment Screening
- Deliver constructive feedback to Panel Firms following any site visits and same upon receipt of completed Due Diligence templates and agree with the firm any actions required to address issues identified.
- Undertake follow up visits/calls where necessary to confirm compliance relating to areas previously highlighted as requiring action.
- Be consistent in all dealings with Panel and demonstrate the enthusiasm to deliver the best service for our customers and clients.
- Actively seek to identify and recruit new firms to Panel to ensure the appropriate level of cover is available for clients across all locations and job types.
- Support the team in chasing DD action plans as appropriate to ensure gaps identified in reviews are closed.
- Work with other Survey and Valuation colleagues, where appropriate, to deliver excellent service to clients and customers
