Duties:
- Update and maintain accurate records on the database.
- Recognise and report adverse events in accordance with SOP and within specified timeline.
- Ensure all deliveries are scheduled accurately
- Rotate within the department to ensure knowledge
- Maintain and update knowledge of regulatory requirements using departmental notifications.
- Support and assist Administrators in the team with tasks and duties sharing good working practices in line with SOPs.
- Act as a 1st line escalation point for administrators within the department.
- Assist with the achievement of KPI’s both internal and external
- Support with any other administration duties as required and when requested by line manager to ensure the smooth running of the department.
- Comply with all data privacy requirements to protect confidentiality.
Requirements:
- Excellent telephone manner.
- Must have excellent organisational skills, show initiative and be proactive.
- Must have a good eye for detail, be able to work well under pressure, and be a quick learner.
- Must be able to build effective working relationships with Senior Managers and their support staff.
- Must appreciate the need for retaining confidentiality.
Hours:
- Monday to Friday
- 9am to 5pm
