Job OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales and Lettings Negotiator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating property sales and lettings, ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and customers. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills, the ability to communicate effectively, and a flair for administration. Multilingual abilities are a distinct advantage, allowing you to cater to a diverse clientele.

Duties

  • Liaise with clients to understand their property needs and preferences.
  • Conduct viewings of properties, providing potential buyers or tenants
  • Prepare and manage all necessary documentation related to sales and lettings.
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Utilise administrative skills to maintain accurate records of transactions and client interactions.

Qualifications

  • The ideal candidate will be friendly, outgoing, confident working alone and like dealing face to face with members of the public.
  • A full driving licence with the use of own car is essential.
  • An interest in property is important as well as a good knowledge of the local area.
  • No experience necessary as full training will be provided.

Hours:

  • Every other weekend
  • Saturday 8:45am to 4pm
  • Sunday 10:45am to 3pm
