Job Title: Court of Protection Solicitor – Leighton Buzzard

Are you an experienced Court of Protection Solicitor or CILEx professional looking for your next career move?

The Role:

As a key member of the Court of Protection & Personal Injury Trusts department, you will:

? Deliver expert legal services to our clients, ensuring compliance with Court of Protection (COP) and Trusts regulations? Manage and supervise fee earners and support staff, ensuring departmental standards are met? Record all chargeable and non-chargeable time efficiently, supporting business goals and financial objectives? Market our services through networking, article writing and updating website content to ensure legal accuracy? Maintain Lexcel compliance, keeping department procedures and client communication up to standard? Attend relevant training and conferences to stay up to date with industry developments? Ensure firm-wide compliance, including policies on anti-money laundering, IT, health & safety and client care

Skills & Experience:Qualified Solicitor or CILEx with at least 2 years PQEPrevious experience in Court of Protection law Strong knowledge of Trusts and Personal Injury mattersExcellent time management and organisational skillsThe ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced legal environmentA professional and confident approach to client interactions, networking and marketingExceptional attention to detail and accuracy
