Our client, a fast-growing regional law firm, is seeking a Court of Protection Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years PQE to join their team.
The role involves handling Professional Deputyship and Personal Injury Trust matters while providing high-quality legal support to clients with acquired brain injuries.
Candidates should possess excellent communication skills and a strong background in private client work is desirable.

Our client, a well-established and fast-growing regional law firm, is seeking an experienced Court of Protection Solicitor (2+ years PQE) to join their thriving team.The Role: This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading team that manages a substantial value of client funds and provides high-quality legal support to individuals who have suffered acquired brain injuries and received significant damages to fund their extensive needs.As a key part of the team, you will:

Handle Professional Deputyship and Personal Injury Trust matters with minimal supervision
Work closely with the Heads of Department and senior colleagues
Contribute to business development and marketing initiatives
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Court of Protection and PI Trust matters

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 2 years of Court of Protection experience
Strong background in private client work (desirable)
Excellent communication and client-care skills
Ability to work independently while being a team player
