Are you a Court of Protection specialist looking for the next step in your career? Our client, a well-established and fast-growing regional law firm, is seeking an experienced Court of Protection Solicitor (2+ years PQE) to join their thriving team.The Role: This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading team that manages a substantial value of client funds and provides high-quality legal support to individuals who have suffered acquired brain injuries and received significant damages to fund their extensive needs.As a key part of the team, you will:
  • Handle Professional Deputyship and Personal Injury Trust matters with minimal supervision
  • Work closely with the Heads of Department and senior colleagues
  • Contribute to business development and marketing initiatives
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Court of Protection and PI Trust matters
What We’re Looking For:
  • Minimum 2 years of Court of Protection experience
  • Strong background in private client work (desirable)
  • Excellent communication and client-care skills
  • Ability to work independently while being a team player
