This is a pivotal role where you will oversee the management of a significant inventory portfolio, driving the execution of an inventory reduction plan to align with financial targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a Cross-Functional Team: Manage and guide teams across procurement, production, MRO, purchasing, and supplier management to optimize inventory levels.
  • Drive Action Plans: Ensure timely completion of key inventory action plans that align with yearly objectives and operational goals.
  • Strategic Reporting: Provide weekly progress updates to site leadership, divisional management, and monthly reports to senior executives in the electrical and power sectors.
  • Proactive Problem Solving: Identify inventory gaps, forecast potential issues, and lead initiatives to resolve them effectively.
  • Enhance Reporting & BI Systems: Improve site reporting and business intelligence systems to offer clear insights into inventory performance.


What We're Looking For:

  • Inventory Expertise: Solid experience in inventory management and a strong background in supply chain operations.
  • System Proficiency: Hands-on experience with MRP systems (SAP preferred) and advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Analytical Skills: A data-driven approach, with the ability to translate analytics into actionable insights.
