Butler Rose is proud to be recruiting on behalf of a well-established Chartered Accountancy firm in Toddington for the position of PA/Office Coordinator (Part-time). The hours are ideal for those looking to balance work with family commitments.

Our client is seeking a highly organised and professional individual to provide administrative support to the Managing Director and manage general office duties. While company secretarial experience would be an advantage, it is not essential, as training will be provided. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who values confidentiality, has strong organisational skills, and enjoys working in a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day office duties, including answering calls, greeting clients, and managing inquiries
  • Provide daily administrative support to the MD, including managing their diary, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel
  • Assist with general office management tasks such as filing, document preparation, and supplies management
  • Support the MD with ad hoc projects and tasks as required
  • Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions with clients and sensitive information

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills with a professional, approachable manner
  • The ability to handle confidential information with discretion and care
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Previous reception, administrative, or PA experience is preferred
  • Company secretarial experience is a bonus, but not essential (training can be provided)
