Our client, a market-leading innovator and manufacturer of world-class mobility access and emergency stairway evacuation products is looking for a Project Administrator to join their team. The Project Administrator will support the small integral R&D team in planning, coordinating, and executing projects effectively.

The responsibilities of the Project Administrator include but are not limited to the following:

  • Assist in the planning and coordination of new product and product collateral projects.
  • Maintain and update project documentation, reports, and records.
  • Track project progress, budgets, and resources, flagging any potential issues.
  • Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes for project-related discussions.
  • Coordinate purchases and external/sub-contract project resources including IPR and NDAs etc.

Skills, Experience & Key Candidate Attributes of the Project Administrator:

  • Previous experience within a similar role.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
