- Processing staff credit card and cash expenses from start to finish
- Handling purchase invoices and assisting with supplier payment runs
- Preparing month-end payroll journals & reconciliations
- Assisting in the preparation of management accounts & financial analysis
- Supporting quarterly VAT computations
- Providing assistance during year-end audits
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support financial operations
- Completing ad-hoc finance tasks as required
- Part-Qualified ACCA/CIMA/AAT (Actively studying)
- Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs) & Analytical mindset
- Experience working in a fast-paced SME environment
- Ability to work to strict deadlines with excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication & organisational skills
- Knowledge of SAP Business One or similar ERP systems is essential
- Understanding of payroll processes is an advantage
