We are actively recruiting for a HR & Payroll Administrator to work for company based in Leighton Buzzard. Our client is the market leader nationwide within their sector, and they are currently recruiting due to company growth and expansion.

Working Hours: 09:00am - 17:00pm, Monday to Friday (37.5 hours per week).

Working as part of the HR team, you will support the day-to-day activities of the the company's outsourced Payroll and Benefits services. The role will also be responsible for HR and Recruitment data and reporting.

Key responsibilities:

  • Preparing the monthly payroll submission for our outsourced Payroll Advisor and third party vendors.
  • 1st line of enquiry contact for the resolution of employee payroll issues and queries.
  • Manage employee access to Payroll services including on line payslips access.
  • Administer all benefits, such as Pensions, PMI, Death in service, rewards tools.
  • Manage the company pension scheme, including monthly updates and pension queries.
  • Produce monthly and ad hoc HR reporting, providing insights into data and recommendations for improvement.
  • Produce and further develop the HR/Recruitment KPI reports.

Key Skills/Experience/Requirements:

  • Excellent IT skills, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
  • Strong experience with in house payroll, benefits, pensions, and compensation.
  • Experience in developing new payroll and benefits processes.
  • ADP experience would be an advantage but not essential.
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Team player mentality, able to build effective working relationships, whilst appreciating the need for maintaining confidentiality.
