Job OverviewWorking as part of the HR team, the role supports the day-to-day activities of the company's payroll services. You will also be responsible for HR data and reporting.

This is a stand alone role.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare monthly payroll submissions
  • 1st line query resolution for employee payroll issues/queries
  • Working with payroll advisors to resolve complex payroll issues/queries
  • Manage employee access to payroll services including online payslip access
  • Complete statutory payroll tasks including SMP, APP, P45, P11ds and P60s
  • Administer all benefits such as pensions, PMI, death in service and rewards
  • Annual benefit renewals
  • Company pensions
  • Monthly ad hoc HR reporting
  • HR KPI Reports
  • Manage the HRIS System

Qualifications

  • Strong experience of in-house payroll, benefits, pensions and compensation
  • Experience developing new processes around payroll and benefits
  • ADP Experience
  • Excellent understanding of pension auto-enrolment processes
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Problem solving
  • Attention to details
  • Ability to work on own initiative

Hours:

  • Monday to Friday
  • 9am to 5pm
