Business Development Executive / Manager

Salary:£35,000 Per Annum (Depending on experience)

OTE circa £50,000 Per Annum - Uncapped Commission

My client is a leading business within the logistics sector offering truck hire, rental and servicing options to their wide client base across the UK.

The team are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive / Manager to join their rapidly growing team in Leighton Buzzard. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving new business opportunities and nurturing existing client relationships. If you are an ambitious and enthusiastic sales professional with a passion for generating leads and closing deals, this is an exciting opportunity for you.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Actively generate leads through Telesalesand online sales tools
  • High volume out-bound calling to initiate new business leads
  • Cold calling and prospecting
  • Utilizewebcast tools and other online facilities
  • Work closely with the companies external digital marketing company to come up with ideas for weekly email marketing campaigns
  • Maximise leads on the companies CRM
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure top-notch service delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Work closely with existing customers and explore potential upcoming projects or requirements they might have
  • Onboard customers
  • Take the enquiry all the way through the sales process, sending out account forms, credit checking the company
  • Work together with the Senior Account Managers to close new business deals

Required Skills:

Package:
  • Monday - Friday
  • 8am - 5pm (1 hour lunch)
  • Basic salary £35,000 per annum
  • OTE circa £50,000 per annum
  • Increasing annual leave with length of service
