We're partnering with a prestigious company in Leighton Buzzard to find an Administration Assistant to join their Accounts team. In this hands-on position, you'll be part of a small, close-knit team where your ability to prioritise and work collaboratively will be key to your success. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the smooth operation of a busy office while gaining valuable exposure to finance-related tasks.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide finance admin support to the team
  • Monitor accounts inbox and assist with enquiries
  • Handle online banking, BACS & CHAPS payments, and cash reconciliation
  • Process invoices, manage expenses, and handle petty cash
  • Weekly banking and reporting tasks
  • Ensure smooth financial operations and maintain accurate records

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous administration experience (finance exposure is a bonus!)
  • Strong interest in finance, with or without formal study
  • Great communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Attention to detail is key, alongside the ability to stay calm under pressure
  • Basic Excel skills and a willingness to follow processes and meet deadlines
