Tradewind are currently working with a number of lovely Primary and Secondary schools in Leighton Buzzard who are looking to add SEN TA's to their teams immediately.

Your role will be working closely with children with Autism. Our partner schools are looking for enthusiastic and motivated educators who can bring learning to life for their SEN students. Tradewind currently work with a number of different schools in the borough so we can listen to your requirements and ensure we find you the perfect role!

***1:1 TA

***£85-95 per day depending on experience

***Leighton Buzzard, Bedford

***Fantastic support from SLT and a dedicated consultant

About you - What you will need to be successful in this role?

  • Experience working as a TA/SEN TA/LSA in a U.K Primary/Secondary School, or a CACHE Level 2 (minimum) qualification or a recent graduate with passion for education.
  • Have the academic ability and personality to inspire, engage and progress students from all backgrounds and of all ages.
  • Some understanding of SEN and the desire to work with Special Needs pupils, including those with autism, dyslexia and communications difficulties.
  • Be available to work Monday to Friday between 8.30am and 3.30
