In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring that our clients projects meet the highest quality standards and are delivered on schedule. Your contributions will be essential to our clients quality assurance processes and in maintaining accurate project documentation.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist the operational team with precise record-keeping and document management.
- Collaborate with the engineering team and subcontractors to coordinate Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs).
- Support design coordinators and design managers in their responsibilities.
- Monitor equipment usage and keep equipment registers up to date.
- Ensure compliance with the Project Quality Plan.
- Adhere to quality procedures and project guidelines.
- Help the engineering team and subcontractors navigate the Non-Conformance Report (NCR) process.
- Manage project-specific handover documentation, contributing to the Handover File and Operation & Maintenance manuals (O&Ms).
- Stay informed about environmental issues and comply with our Environmental Manual and objectives.
- Be aware of Occupational Health and Safety matters, adhering to ARC Group’s Health & Safety policies.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as required, in line with your role.
- Follow company policies and procedures diligently.
- Strong understanding of Health & Safety legislation.
- Familiarity with construction plant and equipment.
- Essential experience in Construction or Civil Engineering.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Thorough understanding of workflow processes.
- Commitment to effective materials logistics management.
- Ability to work independently, particularly when external factors impact planned operations.
- Relevant degree or equivalent qualification.
- Valid CSCS card.
- SSSTS or SMSTS certification.
- TWC certification is desirable.
