Position Summary:
We are seeking several highly organized and detail-oriented Document Controllers and Administrators to manage and maintain company documents, while also providing comprehensive administrative, business, and project management support. This role requires an individual who can efficiently handle document control, administrative tasks, business operations, and project management duties seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities:
Establish and maintain an effective document control system, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
Organize, store, and retrieve documents, both electronic and hard copy, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, managing correspondence, and maintaining office supplies.
Support business operations by coordinating activities, maintaining records and databases, and assisting in the development and implementation of business processes.
Assist in project planning, execution, and monitoring, supporting project managers with documentation, scheduling, and resource allocation.
Track project progress and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk assessments.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in document control, administration, business support, and/or project management.
Proficiency in document management software and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience with project management tools and methodologies is a plus.
