We are seeking an Administrator to join our team on a fixed-term contract. This role is ideal for someone who is proficient in managing logistics, handling timesheets, and booking necessary appointments and passes. The position offers a hybrid working arrangement and requires a candidate who can handle a high volume of administrative tasks with precision and efficiency.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Managing temporary budget logistics for various projects.
  • Handling weekly timesheets for all personnel on site.
  • Booking inductions and arranging visitor passes as needed.
  • Demonstrating proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Quickly adapting to and confidently using a new timesheet system.
  • Ensuring time management and accuracy in completing a high volume of timesheets.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Full driving licence, due to rural location
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to handle high volumes of administrative work accurately.
  • Confidence in learning and using new software systems.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
