Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and organized Temporary Administrator to support our team during a busy period. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills and a keen attention to detail, helping to ensure the smooth operation of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to project managers and the team.
  • Assist in preparing project documentation and reports.
  • Manage schedules, appointments, and correspondence.
  • Maintain filing systems and ensure documents are organized.
  • Coordinate meetings and take minutes as needed.
  • Support the procurement process and track materials.
  • Handle general inquiries from clients and subcontractors.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
