Residential Children's Support Worker - Leominster

- Support and nurture: Forge positive relationships with children and their families, working within a therapeutic model.
- Contribute to care plans: Develop and implement individual care plans to help children reach their full potential.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with other professionals and contribute to the overall success of the home.
- Grow your skills: Participate in training programs and pursue career progression.
What you'll need:
- Previous residential childcare experience
- Level 3 in Children's and Young People's Workforce (desirable)
- Valid full UK driving license
- Commitment to working shifts and sleep-ins
