Are you enthusiastic about positively impacting the lives of young people?

We are seeking an experienced registered manager in the Leominster area for our expanding services. The ideal candidate will have the skills to oversee two residential homes and work closely with the Residential Operations Manager to recruit and prepare a team for the new setting.

You will be joining a respected provider of Fostering, Residential, and Education services dedicated to prioritizing the needs of children and youth.

In your new role as Registered Manager, you will manage care planning for the children, supervise your team, and contribute to the management team.

Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with Ofsted Inspections, providing on-call support, and participating in supervision and appraisal processes

Requirements for this role include:

· Level 5 Qualification (or equivalent) within children’s services

· At least 2 years’ experience in a children’s residential setting or in residential services.

· Full, clean UK driving licence with willingness to travel on occasion

· An enhanced DBS certificate will be required upon appointment.

Salary and Benefits:
