- Lead and coordinate the Customer Services team
- Manage productivity and workload ensuring timely completion of customer service tasks
- Handle customer orders and invoicing efficiently
- Collaborate with customer services and warehouse teams to resolve issues
- Generate monthly and quarterly reports using Excel
- Enter purchase orders and raise invoices/credits using JD Edwards
- Process equipment hire bookings
- Communicate with couriers
- Address queries from hospital staff and sales representatives via phone and email
- Assist with administrative tasks and support the General Manager and Marketing team as needed
- Proven experience in a Customer Services Team
- Outstanding customer service abilities, coupled with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrates a logical and analytical mindset, with a keen eye for detail
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of fostering positive relationships at all levels
- Knowledge of medical-product and process life cycle would be beneficial
