Are you a generalist HR Advisor with a passion for Employee Relations?

Our client, a renowned name in the area, is actively looking to appoint an HR Advisor to cover sickness in the team. You will work alongside another HR Advisor to help support the 230 workforce across all HR Activity, with particular focus on Employee Relations.

Reporting into the ER Manager and working alongside another HR Advisor, you will have the opportunity to work across a range of different HR disciplines.

You will lead on key HR initiatives with a focus on ER and OD and support and empower managers to manage their teams.

Key Background:

  • CIPD qualified (or working towards it)
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience at HR Advisor level.
  • Good knowledge of current employment law
  • Best practice experience in employee relations
  • Pro-active approach to delivery
