  • The role offers flexible hours for part or full-time work, with a minimum of two days required in the office from Monday to Friday, and a hybrid work option available.

  • The position requires excellent organization and time management skills, as well as a good standard of written and spoken English, with a salary of £25,000 to £30,000 per year.
  • Immediate availability is essential, and applicants should not have any notice period.

Our client is a leading British Manufacturer based in Letchworth, due to increased growth they require a temporary Recruitment Administrator to support a busy team.

The hours are flexible to incorporate either part or full time but must be Monday-Friday, the option of hybrid is offered to include two days min office based.

You will be working closely with the Recruitment Coordinator this will entail following the current recruitment process to:

  • Set up all interviews, ensuring each stage is tailored to the requirements of the role. This will include booking the required rooms, ensuring all participants can attend, liaising with the candidates, keeping everyone informed of changes and ensuring all required resources are arranged
  • Manage all turn downs and requests for feedback
  • Ensure the recruitment system is always kept up-to-date
  • Understand the businesses, their culture and the departments and roles that they comprise of
  • Own the role, suggesting improvements to processes when identified

Self-motivated and takes opportunities and the responsibility to develop themselves and challenge their own abilities.

Takes personal ownership, uses initiative, prioritises and plans effectively and is passionate about delivering high quality results using appropriate processes.

  • Previous experience of Recruitment administration or Recruiter within a busy HR Department/ Agency
  • Experience of using ATS ystems
  • Excellent organisation and time management / prioritisation skills
  • Experience of dealing with confidential matters
  • A good standard of written and spoken English with a pleasant telephone manner and the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing at all levels

Computer literacy (including Microsoft Office & databases is essential)
