We are looking for a Recruitment Administrator to join an in-house recruitment team, supporting with the compliance and onboarding of new starters. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills who enjoys working proactively to ensure all pre-employment checks are completed accurately and on time.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Managing pre-employment compliance, ensuring all new starters meet the necessary requirements.
  • Chasing and obtaining references in a timely manner.
  • Coordinating and processing DBS checks for all new employees.
  • Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems with compliance information.
  • Liaising with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Supporting the wider recruitment team with general administrative tasks.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Strong administrative experience, ideally within recruitment, HR, or compliance.
  • Proactive and confident in chasing outstanding documentation.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills - able to liaise professionally with candidates and external agencies.
  • Familiarity with DBS checks and compliance processes (desirable but not essential).
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and internal systems to track progress.
