Your new companyAn NHS organisation is looking for an Executive Assistant to join the team. Supporting the Chief Executive, this is a high profile position based in Lewes. The organisation overseas healthcare for almost 2 million people across Sussex, with a £3.8 billion budget. This is a key position, with the opportunity to develop your existing skill set and offers career progression.Your new roleYou will provide executive support to the CEO, working collaboratively with the wider team. Working hours are 37.5 hours a week (Monday to Friday) on a hybrid basis (3 days/week in the office, 2 days wfh). Key responsibilities include:

  • Diary management
  • Arranging travel - accommodation, itineraries etc
  • Creating documents, agendas and presentations
  • Inbox management & handling inbound calls/queries
  • Arranging meetings, collating information, taking minutes and following up on actions
  • Processing expenses and credit card reconciliation

What you'll need to succeed

You'll have previous PA/EA experience, having worked in a similar position and ideally supporting at C-Suite level. NHS experience is not essential but an understanding of healthcare is advantageous. You will also have excellent communication skills, a positive and collaborative attitude towards work.What you'll get in returnYou'll recieve an annual salary of £37,388 plus 35 days holiday and NHS Pension Scheme.
