Salary: £35,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm

The Role
As the Executive Personal Assistant, you will provide high-level, confidential, and professional administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Acting as a key liaison, you will ensure seamless communication, manage complex schedules, and coordinate key projects to help the CEO and the broader organisation operate efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Diary and Schedule Management: Oversee the CEO’s calendar, coordinating appointments, meetings, and events to maximize productivity.
- Executive Communication: Act as the first point of contact for the CEO, handling correspondence, calls, and emails with professionalism and discretion.
- Project Coordination: Support organisational projects by tracking deadlines, deliverables, and priorities.
- Meeting Preparation: Organise agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action points from key meetings.
- Travel Arrangements: Plan and book travel, accommodation, and detailed itineraries.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and alignment with the CEO’s priorities.
Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: Proven success as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant supporting senior executives, with excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with experience drafting professional documents and correspondence.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tools.
- Professionalism: High level of discretion and confidentiality, especially when handling sensitive information.
- Proactivity: A solution-oriented mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and work independently.
- Qualifications: GCSE Grade C or above in English and Maths (or equivalent); project management qualifications are desirable.
