** New Head of Finance role - Lewes - for Fully Qualified Accountant  ACA

Grafton Banks Finance is currently looking for a new Head of Finance for a successful SME based in Lewes. Reporting to and working closely with the owners, the ideal candidate will a Fully Qualified Accountant (ACA only), with strong financial and management accounts experience.

This role partners with the Business Owners to drive forwards the financial success of the organisation and requires management of 1 staff member, together controlling the financial performance of the business and beyond that to provide useful analysis and commercial insight, as well as maintaining the profit and loss reports, and supporting the forecasting and budgeting process. The role is business facing and requires the individual to build strong internal relationships and be proactive in supplying robust and concise financial information and commercial acumen.

This role will suit a Qualified Accountant with exceptional communication skills and the ability to be on site minimum 3 day per week (more for the first few weeks).  Strong technical skills are imperative, together with good financial and management accounts experience.
