About the Role:
As a Sales Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales function by managing daily administrative tasks and ensuring our clients operations run smoothly. Your duties will include:

  • Order Management: Load incoming orders accurately and promptly, collaborating closely with the Operations team.
  • Reporting: Generate weekly availability reports by SKU and assist the Finance department by ensuring timely invoice processing.
  • Sales Support: Provide the Sales team with insightful daily and weekly analytical reports for both internal and external retailers.
  • Customer Management: Oversee a select group of smaller accounts, fostering relationships and creating growth plans.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process enhancements to streamline team operations.
