We're growing rapidly and looking for an ambitious Sales Executive to join our vibrant team in Brighton.

What You'll Do

• Engage with new leads via outbound and inbound calls to identify customer needs.
• Generate accurate quotes and secure the best deals for clients.
• Build rapport with prospects through lead generation and email marketing follow-ups.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while managing referrals with underwriters.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience: 2+ years in B2B sales, ideally in a fast-paced, customer-facing role.
• Skills: Outstanding communication, CRM (e.g., Salesforce), and attention to detail.
• Mindset: Target-driven with a customer-first approach.
