Key responsibilities will include:
- Deliver advice and support throughout the entire employee lifecycle.
- Proactively monitor HR processes and practises to ensure effectiveness.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, focusing on key management data such as sickness absence and performance management.
- Build strong relationships with colleagues and managers to support various projects and initiatives.
- Provide insights on People policies and employment legislation.
- Coach managers to proactively address colleague issues and conduct investigations into employee relations matters.
- Ensure timely and accurate data entry into the HRIS system.
- Support and lead initiatives aligned with the People Plan.
The successful candidate will be / have:
- CIPD Level 5 qualification in HR (ideally or desire to pursue).
- Previous HR experience with a solid understanding of the HR function.
- Familiarity with employment legislation and HR best practice.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Resilient in a fast-paced environment and adept at problem-solving.
