Our client is seeking an experienced People Advisor to play a vital role in providing professional and comprehensive HR support to colleagues and managers. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Deliver advice and support throughout the entire employee lifecycle.
  • Proactively monitor HR processes and practises to ensure effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, focusing on key management data such as sickness absence and performance management.
  • Build strong relationships with colleagues and managers to support various projects and initiatives.
  • Provide insights on People policies and employment legislation.
  • Coach managers to proactively address colleague issues and conduct investigations into employee relations matters.
  • Ensure timely and accurate data entry into the HRIS system.
  • Support and lead initiatives aligned with the People Plan.

The successful candidate will be / have:

  • CIPD Level 5 qualification in HR (ideally or desire to pursue).
  • Previous HR experience with a solid understanding of the HR function.
  • Familiarity with employment legislation and HR best practice.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Resilient in a fast-paced environment and adept at problem-solving.
