The Role

  • Estate planning, including preparation of Wills and advice on lifetime giving
  • Probate and Estate administration, including advising on Deeds of Variation
  • Preparation of Lasting Powers of Attorney
  • Supervising Junior Fee Earners

Skills and Qualifications

  • A qualified solicitor with between 5 to 10 years’ PQE
    • Experience/knowledge with advising on the creation, administration and termination of trusts would be advantageous
  • Adaptable, accurate with the ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Exceptional focus on client care, excellent communication skills and willingness to go above and beyond
  • Proactive, resilient and solutions-driven, able to work independently while collaborating effectively in team settings
