We are recruiting for an experienced tax and accounts assistant to join a growing chartered accountancy firm in the Lewes area, East Sussex.
Friendly, growing and successful accountancy firm in the Lewes area, East Sussex are looking for a tax and accounts assistant to join their well established team. If you have a background in accountancy practice and are now looking for a long term career move in a stable environment this could be the role for you.
Working as part of a highly skilled team, the main focus of the role will be producing self assessment tax returns for a portfolio of clients.You will also be involved in bookkeeping and accounts preparation work. The firm are based in lovely, well located offices provides a friendly working environment with lots of flexibility and ongoing training.
What we're looking for:
- Recent experience in a UK accountancy practice
- ATT or AAT qualified would be an advantage but is not essential
- Good technical skills
- Hands on attitude, with strong customer focus
