My client, a luxury hotel in North Yorkshire, is currently looking for a Junior Sous Chef to join their talented team.
The restaurant currently holds 3 AA Rosettes and offers an a la carte menu as well as a tasting menu. The general concept is modern British.
Ideally the successful candidate will come from a fine dining background and perhaps be a CDP looking to move up and join an outstanding operation in which you can develop your skills.
The salary for the Junior Sous is £29,000 plus tips.
