Site Manager NHS Refurbishment Projects
Northwest, UK

Sourced Recruitment is working with a well-established construction company in the Northwest, seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a series of small refurbishment projects within a hospital setting. The ideal candidate will have previous experience managing NHS projects and a strong understanding of hospital operations, compliance, and safety protocols.

The Role
  • Managing multiple small-budget refurbishment projects within an active hospital environment.

  • Overseeing project delivery for an initial 12-week contract, with 3-4 further projects to follow.

  • Ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to strict NHS standards.

  • Coordinating site operations, ensuring minimal disruption to hospital staff and patients.

  • Managing subcontractors, site teams, and ensuring adherence to health & safety regulations.

  • Liaising with stakeholders, including hospital representatives, design teams, and contractors.

Future Opportunities

Following the completion of these hospital projects, you will have the chance to work on a varied portfolio of construction schemes, ranging from £100k to £2 million, including:

Requirements

? Proven experience as a Site Manager within NHS environments.
? Strong understanding of infection control, site logistics, and hospital working procedures.
? SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
? Ability to manage multiple projects and work within live environments.
? Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
