Your Role:

?? Deliver Engaging Lessons - Teach Personal Development & Employability courses aligned with standards.?? Adaptive Teaching - Use learning techniques to support learners at all levels, including those with neurodiverse needs.?? Boost Literacy & Digital Skills - Integrate reading and digital literacy into lessons to enhance employability.?? Create a Restorative Learning Environment - Encourage personal growth, self-reflection, and responsibility.?? Collaborate for Success - Work closely with prison staff, employers, and skills coaches to support learners’ career pathways.?? Tailored Learning Plans - Develop Individual Learning Plans (ILPs) to meet learners' needs and goals.

What We’re Looking For:

?? A teaching qualification (PTLLS, AET, CET, or equivalent).?? Ideally you will have a Level 2 qualification in PSD, Employability, or Life Skills.?? Experience in teaching, coaching, or vocational training, ideally in a prison or similar setting.?? A passion for adaptive teaching, literacy development, and employability training.?? Excellent communication, motivation, and organisational skills.
