TSA Surveying are working in partnership with a Multi-Disciplinary Company who are looking to recruit a Retrofit Coordinator ahead of SHF Wave 3, based in Lancashire.

This organisation has established networks in the Social Housing sector and has a broad range of core built environment disciplines.Originally a software provider that have now grown to deliverretrofit services onECO4as well as theGreat British Installation Scheme. They are looking to take on new coordinators at the moment as they are going through a period of expansion and development, and want to invest in retrofit professionals who are looking for a future in the energy efficiency sector.

The role will involve

  • Ensuring accurate completion of compliance documentation in line with PAS standards.
  • Conducting PAS 2035 compliance checks for multiple concurrent projects.
  • Managing compliance under ECO and other relevant schemes.
  • Acting as the main contact for installation company installers to address design-related questions.
  • Resolving disputes from audit failures by liaising with TrustMark, certification bodies, and accreditation schemes.
  • Performing project documentation and evidence compliance checks.
  • Operating within an internal framework to evaluate work quality and ensure efficiency.
  • Lodging Retrofit projects in the TrustMark Data Warehouse.


They are looking for a candidate that has:
  • Experience or knowledge of the ECO sector.
  • Holds a Level 5 Diploma in Retrofit Coordination and Risk Management.
  • Familiarity with PAS2030/PAS2035 standards.
  • Background in the construction industry, such as roles like Contractor, Surveyor, Site Manager, or Clerk of Works.
  • Strong grasp of building physics principles, especially in relation to existing structures and the impact of energy efficiency retrofits.
  • Solid understanding of various building systems, particularly heating, insulation, and ventilation.
