Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate the R&D team, overseeing project development and laboratory tests
  • Innovate and improve both products and processes while ensuring efficient resource allocation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Quality Control, Production, Purchase Office, and Technical Department
  • Manage and coordinate R&D projects and laboratory tests, ensuring progress tracking and alignment with the Parent Company
  • Carry out research on new suppliers and alternative raw materials, optimising product performance and reducing costs
  • Assist the RDQ Manager in coordination, reporting, planning, budgeting, and project development

Essential Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:

  • Proven experience in R&D within a manufacturing environment
  • Strong leadership and coordination skills
  • Excellent knowledge of project management principles and practises
  • Knowledge of laboratory testing methodologies
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

Desirable Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:

  • Experience in the manufacturing industry, particularly in the development of innovative products
  • Familiarity with sustainability and environmental considerations in product development
  • Knowledge of alternative raw materials and their applications
  • Understanding of quality control and regulatory requirements in manufacturing

Technologies:

  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools used in R&D and project management
