Full Stack DeveloperResponsibilities

• Collaborate with software development teams and the Head of IT to produce high-quality code.
• Take initiative in problem-solving and continuously develop new skills.
• Support the creation of scoping documents and analyse existing ones to develop suitable software solutions.
• Deploy code into UAT and production environments.
• Adhere to industry best practices when writing and delivering code.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in both new and existing software.
• Participate in peer code reviews to enhance code quality and foster learning.
• Work with business stakeholders to define functional and technical requirements for software solutions.
• Mentor junior developers to support their growth and development.
• Provide recommendations on technology choices and development approaches.

Skills & Experience;

• Strong commercial withAngular, Javascript, NodeJS and MongoDB.
  
• Commercial experience of development of web-based businessapplications using a Javascript technology stack.
  
• Commercial experience of building software solutions using serverless platforms (ideally AWS)
• Excellent communicator - clearly explain the mission, deadlines and expectations
