Position: Finance Operations Manager
Salary: £50,000 - £70,000
Location: Lichfield
Hours: Full Time Office Based
We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Operations Manager to join a dynamic team within the construction sector.
The ideal candidate will be a chartered accountant with demonstratable expertise in the construction industry, operational finance management across multiple business ventures and family office interests.
Key Responsibilities
Work with the finance team to oversee the financial management of the business and family accounts
Prepare and provide management information and reports
Support with business and personal investments
Monitor cash flow management across the group
Attend board meetings when required
Manage a portfolio of business and personal real estate financials
Required Skills/Experience:
- Chartered accountant
- Previous experience working in a similar role
- Background in construction
- Strong attention to detail
- Flexible approach to work
