The Company:ER Recruitment is working in exclusive partnership with Profile Industrial Roofing, due to continued growth, they are looking for a Sales Representative to join their telesales team.If you are resilient, self-motivated and have experience generating leads and converting them to sales - this could be a fantastic opportunity for you to join a successful business.Role & Responsibilities of the Sales Representative:

  • As a lead generator you are responsible for driving the business forward by introducing new clients and creating opportunities.
  • Prospect call preparation, including company background research.
  • Enter, update, and maintain CRM information on leads, prospects, and opportunities.
  • Identifying and liaising with decision makers building rapport.
  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound cold calls and emails as well as responding to incoming traffic from the company website.
  • Use LinkedIn to message/connect with people and share out any company posts, to attract more people to visit/follow our company page
  • Liaise with the Business Development Manager to develop sales

About You as the Sales Representative:

  • Experience working on LinkedIn, building connections and promoting business
  • A minimum of 12 months lead generation or sales experience.
  • Persuasive, resilient, and motivated attitude
  • A professional and confident telephone manor.
  • Excellent communications skills both verbal and written.
  • Ability to make a high volume of telephone calls.
  • Computer and database literate.
  • Knowledge of MS office suite.
  • A positive and resilient approach is essential.
