Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer sales inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Proactively engage and promote marketing and product promotions
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, ensuring accurate data input
- Provide product and application advice to customers
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure effective communication and customer service
- Represent the organisation at trade shows and events as required
- Adhere to service performance agreements and notify of any potential stock shortages
- Promote effective communication and teamwork within the organisation

- Sales experience in a similar industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
