Overview

An amazing opportunity is now available for an ambitious, confident individual, looking to develop their career. Within this Credit Control role, you will solidify your knowledge and skills, while providing you a supportive, inclusive work environment.

The successful individual will be an excellent communicator who enjoys speaking with external clients both via phone and emails, has a proven track record of hitting KPIs and has experience with using V-LOOKUPs and Pivot tables within a practical environment. In this Credit Control role, you will manage a sizeable ledger by liaising with clients to ensure all payments and debt issues are resolved, as well as reconciling customer statements and producing weekly/monthly reports.

As a Credit Controller within this business, you will be an integral part of a loyal, ever-growing team looking to provide the best service to their clients. Working closely as with the managers, you will be able to truly understand what it takes to be an A* Credit Controller.

Skills required

  • A strong knowledge of Excel, especially with V-LOOKUPs and Pivot Tables within a practical environment.
  • Proven experience working in a high pressured, high voluminous Credit Control experience, with ownership of a ledger.
  • Be a confident and outgoing individual with great communication skills, as you will regularly engage with senior stakeholders both internally and externally.
  • Be an ambitious and hard-working individual, who is looking to further their career in the Credit Control area.
  • Have great time management and organisational skills, to enable you to hit a number of tight client deadlines on a weekly and monthly basis.
